🛡️ The Promise: Use the full system as directed. Attend the live sessions. Follow the playbook. If you don't pass a funded evaluation within 90 days — we stop billing you until you do. Your access remains fully active.
The Keep Trading Guarantee is a billing pause, not a refund. If you meet all qualifying requirements (see Section 2.3) and have not passed a funded futures evaluation within 90 days of your subscription start date, Trademomo will pause your monthly billing until you pass your first funded evaluation. Once you pass, normal billing resumes.
To be eligible for the Keep Trading Guarantee, you must demonstrate ALL of the following within the 90-day window:
⚠️ Important — Multiple Evaluations: The Keep Trading Guarantee is designed for traders who are disciplined enough to work a single evaluation over time, not traders who repeatedly blow accounts. If you purchased, blew, and repurchased multiple evaluation accounts during the 90-day window, you do not qualify — regardless of any other criteria met. Trademomo will verify evaluation account history as part of the claims review process.
To initiate a Keep Trading Guarantee claim, contact support@trademomo.com within 7 days of your 90-day window closing with the subject line "Keep Trading Guarantee Claim." You must provide:
Trademomo will review your submission within 5 business days and notify you of approval or denial. Trademomo's determination is final. Approved claims result in billing pause effective the next billing date. Denied claims will include an explanation and, where possible, recommendations for improvement.
All Trademomo subscriptions are automatically recurring. By subscribing, you authorize Whop.com to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) until you cancel. You will receive a reminder notification before each renewal where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop.com account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain full access to all products and services through the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time.
Trademomo reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days' written notice via email before any price increase takes effect. Founding Member pricing is locked and is not subject to increases for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing without interruption.
Founding Member pricing is locked at the rate in effect at the time of your original subscription, provided that your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you will be subject to then-current pricing and will forfeit your Founding Member rate.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription for any reason, your access to all Trademomo tools, Discord community, live trade room, bootcamp content, and all other gated materials will cease at the end of the paid billing period. NinjaTrader license files will be deactivated.
All payments are processed exclusively through Whop.com. Trademomo does not store, access, or process your payment card information directly. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at whop.com/terms and whop.com/privacy.
Trademomo is not responsible for payment processing errors, failed charges, or any issues arising from Whop's platform. For payment technical issues, contact Whop support directly.
As stated in our Terms of Service, you waive your right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate subscription charges. All billing concerns must be directed to support@trademomo.com. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate access termination and may be pursued legally.
